Accommodations

Hotel Accommodations:

We currently have room blocks at two hotels: Courtyard Marriott in Middletown and the Marriott in Newport. Please keep in mind that Marriott Hotels offer government rates. If you have a government ID, please inform when booking to get the discount (which should be $115 a night). Both hotels have a 2-night minimum for SATURDAY NIGHT ONLY. If you plan to only stay Sunday night, you can book for one night. If you plan on staying for 2-nights, do not feel pressured to stay at the Marriott for both nights, since there may be cheaper options for Saturday. Transportation will be provided for the hotel where the majority of guests book their rooms. Please indicate on your RSVP where you plan on staying. Information for the hotels is as follows:

Newport Marriott:

Lastly, there are plenty of other options in the Newport area, especially the Newport Lofts (www.thenewportlofts.com), which accommodate larger groups of people.  If you are concerned about transportation, don’t forget about Uber!
