Our Story

Emily was born in Flemington, NJ, and is the youngest of four. She was an avid soccer player from the age of 5 and through college, where she attended Drew University and obtained a Bachelor degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Emily went on to pursue a Masters degree in Biomedical Forensic Sciences at Boston University. She is now a Forensic Scientist for the Worcester Police Crime Scene Unit.

Rob was born in Northridge, CA. When he was 7 he moved to Norwell, MA with his sister Kiyomi and Mom & Dad. He enjoyed playing most sports growing up – and played soccer, tennis and ran track in High School. He graduated Merrimack College with an accounting degree. After a while he settled into accounting for the Archdioceses of Boston.

Soon he decided to move to Boston and settled into an apartment near Boston University (BU), where it happened that he met Emily, his next door neighbor.
